Hits:
Trigger hair elixir- my scalp got right after 3 days of using it and the Vanilla Pound Cake scent is delish
Tea spritz on the scalp
HOT with lots of condish on dry hair to detangle
Using up my old products so I can try out new stuff

Miss-
Mozeke almond pudding- too much protein in it caused a crunchy braid out despite using other moisturizing products

Renpure My Pretty Hair is Parched conditioner. Uh-May-Zing slip!! Makes detangling sooo easy, and it's Cheap!
Using Nioxin Bliss Thermal Protector as a detangler, and leave-in for braids. I have less breakage while braiding, and my hair stayed moist with no build up. Nice!

IDareT'sHair How long have you been taking that silica? What benefits have you noticed? I've been taking these Jarrow silica drops for over a month and am not impressed :ohwell: Looking for a replacement cuz I need some stuff that WORKS

I like it because it virtually tasteless. It taste like Water. It's probably been not quite a Month. So far so good.:yep:

I'd like to think it's doing some good, but I have no real way to specifically gauge the Silica because I am also taking supplements.

I will tell you, I plan to continue taking it.

I also have Bamboo Tea and Horsetail Tea which are also Rich in Silica which I've been using in my Home-made Tea Rinse.

So that's why it's hard to say.

So my mom's experiencing some shedding, breakage and thinning around her temples and forehead. I suspect alot of it has to do with her meds and her age, she'll be 80 early next year but saw this and figured it couldn't hurt.

Good stuff! Got it at a rather well stocked BSS and will be going back for more.

Too soon to know if it works for shedding and thinning but it's one of the only sulfate free poos that I really like.

HUGE MISS: Exams. Slowed my growth. Broke out on skin. Haven't had time to wash or DC in a week and a half and I have an itchy scalp so that's NOT a good thing.
