HAIR BUDGET FOR 2007

I never thought about a hair budget! The main things I will be purchasing in 2007 is:

FHI flat iron-$80
ORS Relaxers $24 ( I self relax, saves me lots of$$$)

I will try a few dominican products, and restock what I already use. I don't think I'll spend more than $300-$400 total for the year. I used to spend $1000 going to the salon, so I am saving $$$!

1 perm $50
weekly salon visits = $100
products
DRC $52
shampoos and conditioner $10

total first quarter spending $212

My budget for 2007 is roughly $220.00

I have tried a budget and never stick to one. I have swapped my eating out budget for hair, so this works for me.

Dee, this is how I started also. I spend around 6 or 7 bucks when I go out for lunch. Now I eat in more and spend more of that money on hair products. I have been doing good lately so I haven't been spending as much on products. For this year, I would like to spend no more than

300-400.00 on hair products.
275.00 on my relaxers and any other hair do I get for special occasions.
150.00 on hair accessories.

$200 for kinky twist
$12 for ORS Temple Balm
$7 Suave, White Rain, and V05 shampoos and conditioners
$5 Oil
$3 CON shampoo
$3 Africas Best Organics Hair Mayo
$3 Lustrasilk Olive Oil Cholesterol
$6 Sulfur
$4 Africa's Best Olive Oil
$3 Silk Elements shampoo
$3 Proclaim Relaxer
$1 Extension hair
$2 Sally's samples

So that's $245 give or take a few dimes and nickels.

Don't think I will need to go shopping for a while, but PJ urges sometimes kick in hard.
