3. Regimen
I shampoo and condition twice a week in braids. I wear a wig when I leave home. When my hair is blown out I cross wrap at night and moisturize twice a week. I use Con Argan oil shampoo and a variety of Kerastase bains and masks.

4. What will you do to achieve your goal
I will try to massage and invert for 1 week each month, keep my scalp clean, eat a high protein diet, do cardio 3x a week, take my vitamins

5. Anything else you would like to share
I plan to trim in May or June so I will post an updated pic at that time

Cowashing daily, shampoo DC weekly. Leave-in, gel, pomade on the sides. Taper/lining every two weeks.

4. What will you do to achieve your goal? Drink water, vitamins, keep scalp healthy and clean.

5. Anything else you would like to share
Goal is to gain two inches to have more styling options.

prepoo with conditioner, shampoo, DC with heat once a week. Moisturize and seal at least every other day. Braid or Bantu at night. Trying to stay away from buns. No flat ironing until August.

find some discipline.

I really struggle with styling my hair still so I'm hoping braiding and bantuing at night will give me options.

Varying layers between top lip and SL.

3. Regimen
Revised MHM- water rinse, clay, oil, gel every 2, 3 or 4 days. Occasional conditioner use when needed.

4. What will you do to achieve your goal? Eat well/ Drink water (I drink a fair bit), vitamins (I've been taking Mantabolism regularly for over a year and I just bought some Mineral Rich so will start that soon. Dust my ends as needed.

5. Anything else you would like to share.
I dusted my ends today and happy to see that although my hair is in layers, it's relatively even on both sides. I'm looking forward to noticing my growth over the next few months.

2. Current Length. SL in the Front. Apl in the back.
3. Regimen . twist hair In medium sized twists. Shampoo and deep condition once every three weeks. Co wash ad hoc Using joico products Grease and curl activator.
4. What will you do to achieve your goal. Stick to the regimen. Take vitamins morning and evenings. Weekly scalp massage. And increase water intake.
5. Anything else you would like to share
I'm trying to keep it simple

Starting pic until I blur out my other ones.

Current length: stretched out to an inch past my collar bone.
Regimen: currently co-wash (hopefully once a week). Wearing a wash & go. Tie with a silk scarf or bonnet nightly.
What I plan to do to achieve my goal: co-washing, trying to learn what my hair "likes", retaining moisture, drinking more water, and low manipulation styling.

Idk if it's too late but I'm just now seeing this challenge and I'd like to join for this session.

2. My current length is between chin, collarbone, and shoulder depending on the part. Hoping for APL by the end of the year.

3. I just added cassia to my regimen so I'll be doing that biweekly. I DC weekly and usually wear twistouts/ buns/wash and go's. I have had my hair in sew-ins for most of this year so I'm wearing it out for at least a couple months.

4. Actually paying attention to my hair outside of trimming it. It's not in bad shape but I have not conciously tried to retain length and I am now. Nothing too special.

OH I did forget I started taking Viviscal last week lol. I clearly am not that concerned b/c I forgot. It's cheap on Amazon Prime though so I ordered it! I've never taken a hair vitamin so we'll see if that helps.

It's not too late.

Yes, I definitely think that's possible. Do you have a solid regi that you are sticking to?
yeah i wash once or twice a month because when i used to wash a lot i would lose a lot of hair detangling.. i just grease and keep my hair braided for a long time

Currently, I wash/Dc weekly and cowash/DC once a week. I PS 99.99% of the time with wigs and crochet braids.

Thank you! I wanna grow out the top, and keep the sides tapered for awhile. So about 5-7 at the top so I can do more styles, like two strand twist outs, Bantu knot outs, etc... I wanna add some color too! I plan on having fun this time around with being natural!
