I'm still using Nexxus Keraphix and the NTM product line...
I was using the whole Nexxus line but I found out that NTM works just as good as Nexxus and is alot cheaper(broke college student)...that's basically why I stopped.

Still Doing.......the "Baggie Method", "Conditioner Wash", and "No Heat" (Only on special occasions).

Still Using......Motions Mild Relaxer, Elasta QP Recovery, Le Kair Cholesterol, & Vaseline.

not combing or brushing hair xcept once a week
dusting instead of trims
everything in my siggy is what i have been using for a year

i can't fully answer this question yet, but i'm going to a few things that I used for a year or so before i got into this experimental phase, like:

Motions lye relaxer
Motions oil moisturizer
Hask Placenta
Rollersetting every week
Black castor oil+ L'huile masketi for pre-poo, weekly, or twice a month

For about 8 months, I've been on low to no direct heat, although I cheated twice this past month. I'm back on the "no direct heat" challenge again

I've been using Cathy Howse products off and on for years...it always does the job!

Products that will remain my staples are:
Elasta's mango butter, DPR-11, Recovery
Shea, Mango (natural kind), Avocado butters
Sta-Sof-Fro
Essential oils of sweet orange, peppermint, eucalyptus and lavender
Cantu products...but I can't locate them anywhere!!:mad:
ORS Mayo and deep treatment pak
Miss Key 10 en 1 plus
B's Satin deep treatment
Nexxus' Emergencee

i m still doing baggie method, no heat, braids

still co-washing 5 to 6 days a week
Still using the baggie method
Still taking my vitamins
Still using queen helene's super cholesterol treatment and Lamaur's bone marrow for deep conditioning
Still using dominican products

Consistently for the last 3 months*

Using castor oil or jamaica black castor oil as a pre-shampoo/ends treatment weekly
Using a glycerin/water/liquid aloe vera/eo spritz daily
Using rosemary oil + another eo oil on my scalp nitely
Adding liquid aloe vera and/or glycerin to my conditioners
Rotating my shampoos and conditioners
Using Garlic shampoo/conditioner
