Now when I am stressed, like the last two weeks before finals or what have you, I might take 2 B-50. Like one in the morning and one at night. Another reason why I don't venture into taking B-100 and B-125 is that, if I do, I have to up my biotin intake some more and I would be getting way to much folic acid. Many B-100 formulas have 800mcg of folic acid which is alot. I get enough from my diet so adding 800mcg to it on top of the 300-450 I get through what I eat is pushing it. You shouldn't consume more than 1,100-1,200 mcg a day for a short period of time. I would have to increase my biotin intake because B-s work better in balance and the b-complex formulas out now do not have large amounts of Biotin. I also do not take B-100 or B-125 because large amounts ( I mean LARGE) of certain B-vitamins over a long period of time can cause nerve damage. Taking B-100 or B-125 every day, on top of what I get from food could put me in the danger zone after a year or so. Taking more won't help my hair grow any faster so I leave it at B-50. B-50 is enough for majority of people to see the benefical results of vitamin B therapy.

Yes, i think taking added biotin and b's aswell as the additional b's in the multi is needed...
The more b's and the more biotin, the longer hair and nails will grow
you may find that your nails are growing and the hair is not...i see this as a sign that more biotin is needed
I have it the other way round, nails grow OK and hair grows fast, as i now have puritan pride biotin - 5mg - more than my normal 1mg.
You will get plenty of sulphur this way, and my skin is GLOWING.

I can't stand the taste and can't find ways to make it taste better. On Monday I went to Nutrition Depot and bought a bottle of Omega-3 Oil. The oil consists of Flaxseed, Borage Oil and Fish oil and it's lemon flavored. This tastes much better and I'm able to hold it under my tongue and chase it with juice in the mornings without gagging
