BACK SHORTER THAN FRONT AND SIDES! HELP!

I don't know if I have traction alopecia from ponytails, my winter peacoat, or my hair just grows that way, but my back is shorter than my front and sides, and it really bothers me.

It's been that way for a while now, and I need some advice on how to correct and prevent it. I always start at the back when I do DC treatments, but nothing seems to help it.

Any suggestions?

Do you wear necklaces, I have the same problem when I wear them too frequently... just a heads up :)
