Okay--I'm just curious. I take the following supplements:

VS B-5 500mg x 2
VS Biotin 5mg
VS B-Complex 50
PP One Multivitamin
PP C-Complex 1000 mg x2
PP Vitamin E 400 I.U
PP Essential Oils

I have recently started taking my vits again and tried to split them up into three doses. It hasn't been working so far but it goes soemthing like this:

Morning: B5, Biotin, B-Complex 50, C-complex
Afternoon: B5, Multi, Essential Oils,
Evening: Essential Oils, Vitamin E, C-Complex

Som'n like that but I always forget to take the evening set. I'd like to take the MSM as well but man...I just don't know.....

Anyways I'm interested in finding out who the closet supplement junkies are!!!

Here what I take daily

PP Biotin (used to take 5 mgs...cut it down to 3 mgs)
Natrol One a Day Multivitamin (just switched to this brand)
Solgar Hair Skin and Nails (this has 1000 mg MSM)
KAL Super Silica Plus
Essential Fatty Acids (3 x daily)
Zinc 50 mgs
Fo-ti (one a day)

I try to space this out throughout the day...dividing them evenly and taking them with meals. I take the EFA's separately w/a snack.

That's it!
Sometime a take chewable vitamin C, when I feel a cold coming on!

PP EPO 1300mg
Doctor's Best MSM 4000 mg
Liquid SIlica

I also have Elite Labs Marine Protein, but I haven't started taking them yet. I take all of these at the same time cause I can't be bothered with trying to remember
.

The Vitol great hair ingredients are as follows:

Great thread! This is what I have been taking as of two weeks ago

I take: solaray twice daily multi
puritan pride essential oil
spectrum flaxseed/borage combo
5 puritans pride biotin
natures way nutrijuice veggie and fruits
veggie magma
natrol MSM
Chlorella
Sonnes beet juice
Natrol silica

I also have protein shakes on alternating days and green magma shakes on alternating days

If I get this job I want at wholefoods I will add marine protien and switch my current EFA oil products for THFTS.

Here's what i'm taking:
Vit.Regime:
Day 1: HF 37 1 stp 1, 2-4 stp 2,vivscal,biotin 600mcg, vit C, folic acid, liq geritol complete, liq B12
Day 2: Shou wu, biotin 600mcg, flax seed oil caps, viviscal, vit C, liq geritol, liq B12
Day 3: Vit C,E, calcium, liq geritol, liq B12, algae caps, vivscal
Day 4: Nothing, lots of water like vitamin days then start over, vit A & D once a week only, msm 2-3 times a week.
1. I changed from every 3 days 1 day break to alternating days or every other day (1 day hair vit's 1 day multi, viviscal spread out over 4 days) I'm taking viviscal everyday 1x a day.
2. I've upped my excersize to 6 days a week (30-45 mins, more water.

I hardly consider myself a supplement Junkie, but you be the judge:

-3000 mg of MSM
1000 mg of this is in the Ultranourishair. I really don't think that much is necessary. I will go back to 2000 mg/day when I switch back to my whole food multi-vitamin.

-GNC Ultranourishair - 2x/day
I'm switching back to my multi-vitamin from Whole Foods by Megafood. I don't think Ultra. has a high enough dosage of everything else and I really don't wanna take another pill. As it is, this one is the horse pill from Hell!

-Puritan's Pride biotin - 5200 mcg/day
When I bought the GNC, I didn't realize it had 1200 mcg's of biotin in it. But again, I don't think all that is necessary so I will go back to my original dosage of 4000 mcg/day

-Natural Factors Peach, Passionfruit and Mango flavored Vit C - 1500mg/day

-Solgar B-Complex 100 - 1/day(balanced 100mg of each B vitamin)

Solaray Cool Cayenne - 1/day (600mg)
(For my poor circulation)

That's it for me for now!

As a matter of fact, Yes! more vitamins! I'm now experimenting with cayanne for circ. and energy on exercise days but the jury is still out on that one. also was thinking about adding chloraphyl or some other type of "green" vitamin. was gonna investigate shin min or fo-ti also!
