On one of the threads someone gave great reviews about this lye relaxer. I have included the link below for a picture of the box to make sure we are talking about the same relaxer.

My question is on the Lusters web site I also noticed a PCJ no-mix relaxer which was an Adult Formula, but it was a NO LYE relaxer. Are these both LYE relaxers? Please help me figure this out.
Also, does a Lye relaxer smooth the cuticle and make the hair more shiny?
I currently use Lusters Pink Oil Conditioning No-Lye Relaxer. Thanks.
