i'd reccommend hair butters and deep conditioning once a week for 30-45 mins. Excellent deep conditioners that worked great for me are lamaur's bone marrow, queen helene's cholesterol super conditioning treatment, profectiv growth masque and Rx professional prescription replenish hair treatment. Moisturize daily(as much as you need to) using some type of hair butter such as mango butter, avocado butter, sal butter or cocoa butter. Hope this helps.
