I read the thread on the Maximum Hydration Method (I think that's what it's called). Decided it was too many steps, but I was curious about some of the products, especially the Indian Healing Clay. It was only $8 so I decided to try it after doing some internet research. I followed the directions on the jar, applied the paste to my hair AND face (oh yeah it works as a mask too), rinsed in the shower after 20 minutes and I could not believe how soft my hair and face felt.
Conclusion: The clay acts as a clarifying shampoo according to some websites that I read. It pulls impurities from the hair and skin. IDK why I can't use it every week, but I will continue to use it on my hair once a month and face once a week. The BEST product I have bought for my hair and face in a long long long long time.
