Does anyone use either one of these from GNC? If so I was trying to find out if you have seen any results. Being new to the site I am seeing so many different vitamins that people are taking and I looked on GNC and some of the ingredients in these products have the vitamins mentioned. I didn't know if they were any good though. I'm not trying to take a gang load of pills everyday so if one of these are good please let me know.

I use Nourishhair. I have to take two daily, as stated. I hate taking 2 daily, but I talked with my friend who works at GNC, and she said that these vitamins sale like hotcakes because people have really experienced great results from taking them. Good luck!

I notice on your post you list biotin, horsetail and MSM as some of the vitamins you take. The Nourishair ingredients seem to contain all of those ingredients. So do you take these additionally or were you just including what was in the nourishair?

Ok I'm not getting any responses on this so I'm assuming that most of you do not use the GNC vitamins mentioned.

I used the Ultra Nourishair and the Hair, Nail and Skin formula. I think I got equally good growth from both... but to my mind I did better with Hair, Nail and Skin. Could just be my faulty memory though. I think they both helped... but I got tired of taking so many supplements... I was taking it plus a multi.... not necessarily a good idea - too much vitamin A, I think.

Bottom line, I cut them and just take my multi now.

I don't really think you could go wrong with either of them.

Wolftrap, I've been using GNC's Ultra Nourishair as directed since September '03 and began receiving .75 of an inch of growth per month in November. Last week I added the GNC Super Biotin 600 and their 1500 MSM. Hopefully, when these kick in after a month or two, I'll be in the, "Inchamonth"
club!

Last week I added the GNC Super Biotin 600 and their 1500 MSM.

Can I ask, if the Ultra nourishair has biotin AND MSM already in it. Why would you take it additionally on its own? Is it to get more of the product or is it the higher the dosage the better?

I had a bit of shedding when I was taking both. I started to wonder if I was taking too much vit. A for my body... because when I dropped the UltraNourishair... the shedding stopped too. I think it was just my body chem...because.. numerically speaking... I should've been under the limits for Vit A. toxicity.

Yeah, I don't take these extra anymore. [It's been a while since I've updated my signature.] The GNC Nourishhair seems to work just fine and I'm enjoying it.

Good luck!

I just purchased the GNC Nourishair will have to wait to
see if I get good results and I thought it suggested on the
box to take with a GNC multivitamin.

I'm taking all three to increase the daily dosages to 1800 mcgs for biotin and 2000mgs for the MSM. I've also greatly increased my water intake. I don't want my body to become too dependent on supplements so when things begin to run out, I won't replace them and rest for a couple of months later in the year.

You know I hate water
but from what I am reading it is essential for hair health. I am going to try and start drinking it but it is so hard for me.
