Do all Coconut Oil brands have those little white bits in it?

Hey OP,

I have 2 jars of my favorite coconut oil and 1 of them has done this, like Iris said its because it liquifies and then solidifies. Usually it melts due to heat in a room or just warmth period, it hardens later depending on the temperature. And if this consistently happens (temp changes) the "little white bits" will appear and they are sometimes to hard to melt. I would suggest when you buy a new jar, try and keep it in the same temperature at all times if you can, in order to prevent the liquify-->solidify process.
