I was just reading an old thread about lhcf recommendations that did not work well for folks.

But there are several things we've all picked up that have changed our hair for the better.

So what LHCF reccommendations worked wonders for you?

moisturizing my situation up top. i never used to do that , and it helped me grow my damaged nape hair back some. also , stretching my relaxer and making sure i use moisturizing shampoo and conditioner , not just any old brand from the grocery store :look:

I'm still learning and I keep running out to buy things that I see recommended on the board. I almost caused a 10 car pile up last week when I slammed on the brakes cos I saw an Indian supermarket and had to stop right there and then to scope some ayurvedic products!

So far I love vatika oil
Sulfur 8
Infusium 23 - miracle working stuff
Castor oil

I'm sure this will change as I try more new products mut my hair is looking and feeling 100% better than last week
