Hey, guys. As long as I been a member of this website, I have seen a lot of Hair vitamins on everyone's regime. Right now I'm taking GNC Ultranourishair.
I have seen a list of other vitamins on a number of threads.

I'm curious to know what Hair vitamins each other you take along with your other vitamin supplements. I have a list of vitamins that some of you maybe familiar with:

GNC Ultranourishair
Country Life Maxi Hair
Nature's Plus Ultra Hair
Hair Energizers
Vitol Great Hair
Twin Lab Hair Vitamin

If your Hair vitamins is not on the list, still tell us what you re taking. Give the name brand and the results. Thanks.

I've stopped buying the GNC Nourishair becuase of the price!! Also, all that is in the GNC Nourishair vitamins are: MSM, Biotin, & Silca. Well I did some research and found this site where I can get all these vitamins combined for cheaper then the GNC Nourishair. Check it out:

www.vitamins.com

I plan on placing an order with them very soon. :)

I was taking Puritan's Pride but I am switching to Maxi Hair. It has a great combination of ingrediants and a B-complex "built-in". Plus it's only $6.86.

I've been taking biotin, and women's one-a-day tablets for a month. Since then, my nails have been growing like crazy, and also I have to shave a lot more often (LOL). When I just got my relaxer on Friday, my stylist even commented me on how much my hair has GROWN! lol*

FYI - Vitamins.com and Puritans Pride is the same company...only difference is Puritans Pride is Buy 1 get 2 free....and Vitamins.com is 66% off. So buy 1 for $6 and get to free or buy one for $2.

I have been taking the following for about 2 months, and my hair has definitely grown faster with them. I may add Maxi Hair to my regimen. I'm curious about L-Cysteine, but I don't want to overload my liver. Maybe I will swap out one for that (and the Vitamin C that must go along with it).

P.S. I read about the benefits of biotin for nail and hair growth (per a dermatologist who said taking 800 mcg a day should give a growth increase in both of at least 25%). I had been taking one 800mcg tablet a day for all that time, and decided to try GNC Ultra Nourishair, which is more wholesome than just plain ol biotin (has other hair supplements in it). (I read about the benefits of biotin 4 years ago, and have taken biotin all that time).

-GNC Ultra Nourishair x 1 (I may up this to 2 a day instead of trying the Maxi Hair... :ohwell:
-Alfalfa 650 mg x 2
-Centrum Multi x 1
-Evening Primrose Oil 1000mg x 1
-Flaxseed Oil 1200 mg x 1
-Super B-Complex x 1
-Brewer's Yeast x 2
