Need Advice On Vitamins...

I was taking GNC Nourishair vitamins and it broke me out, do anybody know of any vitamins that doesn't cause you to break out? I want to take vitamins for healthy hair and growth. Has anybody had such luck with GNC Women's Ultra Mega?

Maybe you could try Maxi Hair by Country Life, or Hair Factors by Twinlab. I read great reviews on those. I take GNC Ultra Nourishair and GNC Women's Ultra Mega and I think the Ultra Nourishair is what's making my hair healthy.
