Thanx for the tip, when I started the powdered MSM I would get stomach cramps so I got lazy w/taking it in smaller doses (which didn't cause my stomach to cramp) but had to remember to take it more often during the day, eventually I forgot about it. But I will definately try it w/my smoothies.
