What form of Biotin are you ladies using in your concoctions

I'm planning to make a sulfur mix with Biotin but I'm not sure what to use. Do I crush my Biotin tablets into it or are there other formats (oil, powder) that I could use?

I have never used Biotin topically but i've been taking it faithfully internally for over a month now and it has produced great results in the strength of my hair and the growth.

Interested in reading how these concoctions are made and used.
