Is it a bad idea to DC with Giovanni Smooth as Silk after using Aphogee 2 Step protein treatment?

Is it a bad idea to DC with Giovanni Smooth as Silk after using Aphogee 2 Step protein treatment?

I've never tried Giovanni Smooth as Silk. I will say that you need a super moisturizing deep conditioner after the use of Aphogee 2 step; preferably one that doesn't contain protein.

Look at the ingredients on the bottle of your conditioner to see if it has any heavy or strengthening proteins. If it does then don't use it after Aphogee 2 step.

yeah, smooth as silk has vegetable protein in it. It usually makes my hair feel super soft but i wasn't sure about using it after aphogee. I'll just use some Silk Elements Megasilk even though my hair feels better after i used Giovanni SAS. Thanks!
