is this a normal amount of hair to lose after removing micro braids?

after i took off my braids i detangled my hair and only a little bit of shed hair came out however when i washed my hair it tangled bad and thats what came out. Im scared that i suffered another setback. i just want to know if that is a normal amount of hair to lose?

That's not a lot of hair. Honestly, that's pretty danged good for having braids taken down, it's just shed hair. How long did you have the braids in?

^ theres like 7 knots in there and some of them are attached to over 4 inches of length, i had the braids in for 6 weeks

im also transitioning in 22 weeks post by the way

I agree; it's normal shedding from not detangling for six weeks.
