i am glad i can be an inspiration to you. just know that if you take good care of your hair and have a healthy scalp (and body) there is no reason why your hair should not grow back. but i sure could not see that during the time my grandmother cut it (with a big smile on her face)

Check out the feature of the month Adrienne. It's myth that black women have to use extensions and weaves to have really long hair. Read through the messages; concentrate on the health of your hair and the length will come.

you can purchase AO prods at any vitaminshoppe in the City. They have the best prices. This month is 30% off. I would recommend white camellia shampoo and gpb conditioner for your hair type. you can also use the swimmmers shampoo and the jojoba & aloe conditioner...

i add about two tblspoons of my jojoba/castor/rosemary oil mix and aloe vera to AO GPB or AO swimmers conditioner. i also oil my hair, especially the ends twice a week..
