My hair is 4a and I tried this last night. My curls came out very nice and defined. I really think that I am going to start leaving conditioner in my hair. It adds weight and leaves it very moisterized and defined.

WOWWWWWWW I HAD TO GIVE YOU PROPS!

I haven't used cholesterol in a while because I'd forgotten what it'd done for my hair, but taking a look at your fabulous curls has made me reconsider!

I found some Lustrasilk tea tree cholesterol and tried that because they were out of the other one. I got the best and moisturized wash n go ever! It kicked KCCC out the box! Thank you so much for sharing this! I will never have a wash and no ever again!:woot: I think all of Lustrasilk's cholesterol will work for me as my curl def. I will be able to have multiple day hair with no problem!:cup: I tried using a different cholesterol and it did not work. Lustrasilk will be my new HG.

I did a braid out with this (and sealed w/ castor oil) as a leave-in and I'm in love. I usually have to moisturize when I take the braids down..Not this time..I'm at work and can't stop touching my -usually dry, brittle hair-.

Thanks Pocahontas!

This time I used the shea butter Lustrasilk cholesterol. OMG, it is better than the tea therapy one! I'm loving the results! I got 2 bottles of this to make sure I will have some for a long time!:yep:

It was super hot in L.A. yesterday so I cowashed with Aussie Moist and detangled in the shower. When I got out I added the cholesterol and sprayed in biolage leave in tonic and used the denman again to distribute the product and then shook my head a few times. BEST wash n go I've had in YEARS! :lick: My curls were so light, bouncy and defined! I wish I took pics before co washing last night. THANKS FOR POSTING!!!!

Bump. Poka did you try the TNC with it?
I texlaxed the other day (couldnt take the tight shrinkage anymore) and tried a Lustrasilk WNG last night before going out. The intention was to DC with it. But as I was applying it to do the DC I started styling it. And the style was looking way moisturized and curls were poppin.... so I ended up not doing a DC with a cap, but leaving my style in and going out like that. I am REALLY DIGGIN IT on my texlaxed hair. I am very heavy handed and have been trying to figure out how to NOT use gel (the texlax helped with that) and this is an awesome gel replacement.

If you need just your edges slicked down, THIS WILL DO IT. The ONLY thing in my hair was the Lustrasilk (the same one shown on page one of this thread). My Lustrasilk WNG is my avi.. might be too small to see though
