How long should a person with a relaxer wait to get a Henna Treatment?

I want to Henna my friend's hair. She had a relaxer 3 weeks ago and I was wondering when I can use the Henna treatment. Also, can you chemical color treat your hair over a Henna?

Hopefully you're using Body Art Quality Henna (for Relaxed Hair). I usually wait about 2-3 weeks to do my Henna/Indigo after Relaxing.

And NO I would not use a chemical color over my Henna. I would wait for the Henna to grow out before attempting to apply color.

Just my own personal opinion and experience with Damaged Overprocess/Double/Triple processed hair.
