What hair options do you go with when you can't or don't really like going with a weave/wig?

Cornrows ---i don't care for
I just need some good options that are cute but efficient for keeping my hair great and protected on my hair growing journey.

Weaves aren't so bad but my hair is very thick and braiders complain when they have to braid it. I love the finished look but sometimes they do a terrible job on braiding because of my hair thickness.

What's a girl to do?

*For me, i do rollerset, wrap and pin my hair up in a cute banana clip.
*A cute funky bun
*Loose curls and pin the sides up with a couple of loose curls hanging in front my face.
*Flexirods (looking to try this in near the future)
*Cute sexy french roll with bangs

~I am thinking of more styles, so i will keep you posted.

I've tried rollersets...those are all right....

I think I might give the flexirods a go...that seems like that will be really cute.

I love twists and twists out. Never tried a braid out.
