I'm definitely a fine haired lady... :)

I don't like liquid leave ins, they do absolutely nothing for my hair.

Creamy leave ins - I've used Nexxus Humectress (My hair is sooo soft after applying BUT I need to stop using it cos of some of its ingredients that I am trying to avoid), Nexxus Headdress mixed with Coconut Oil (I'll give it 7/10),

But I just fell in love with....

Giovanni Direct Leave In - yes it's a light protein but my hair feels very detangled and moisturised after using it - my new staple!!!

Moisturiser - Shea Butter/Aloe Vera Gel/Coconut Oil/Castor Oil mix... my hair is loving this right now. I also just started using a moisturising spritz (water, cheapie conditioner, EVOO and glycerin) and I'm loving it. I use it on days my hair feels a little dry.

Hi Beautyangel,

I have fine strands and my hair loves Nuetrogena Triple moisture leave-in. I've been using for almost 2 years and it never fails to leave my hair silky smooth and moisturized.

It is my staple leave-in and moisturizer.

Whisper "bleep boop" to yourself when you're sad.
Creamy leave-in: Lacio Lacio- It's kina watery and a little goes a long way, so it doesn't weigh your hair down. It's very light and smells good

Watery leave-in: Silky Milk for rollersets. It looks like water, and there's no way you could use too much. Makes my rollersets come out great!

Moisturizer: Aquage Hydrating Mist- Very light mist, doesn't weigh my hair down at all. It keeps my hair moisturized, my newgrowth is so soft and smooth. A little goes a long way, too. Very good spray moisturizer :)

I am not sure if you were looking for a leave in conditioner or more like a grooming/styling moisturizer. I will give you both.

Leave in condtioner: Neutrogena Silk Touch

Grooming/styling moisturizer: Kiehls Silk Groom and Phyto's 7 Daily Hydrating Botanical Cream. The Phyto has more of a shine to it.

Staple Liquid Leave-in: My staple liquid leave-in is dilute Ultrasheen Setting Lotion

I don't use creamy leave-ins. Instead, I use a Santa Fe Serum (Horse hair product) in my hair before my setting lotion. It really detangles my hair.

My staple moisturizers are Dove Daily Moisture Therapy Spray Moisturizer, Ultra Black Hair Dew, and Senyi Butter.

I really don't have a liquid leave in, my creamy leave in is leave in conditioner by Nacidit and my moisturizer right now is Mizani RoseH2O along with Hawaniian(sp?) silky 14 n 1. I spray this on before for the Rose and my hair is really soft, shiny and moisturized.

Hope you dont mind if I ask-- what's the best leave in for blowing out/straightening your hair? etc. I know some are good for airdrying, and some for rollersetting...but what about straightening?

I'm taking a break from roller setting because I'm horrible at it.:nono:

Have you tried doing a ponytail rollerset?

To the OP- I love my Giovanni Direct! I normally apply Infusium (yes I know alot of folks dont like it but my hair loves it), then Giovanni, regardless of what I am doing to my hair from that point on. This has worked well for me :yep:

The thread of my dreams :love3:

Although I wish I knew about this direct leave in (I'm just getting back into my hair again) before I ordered from Vitacost.com...guess I gotta wait.

Hmm...You know, I never even considered that, and I will have to give that a try...I guess I'm still weary because my problem with rollersetting is that for some weird reason, I dont get the hair to lay down smoothly/straight on the roller...so when all is done, my hair just looks frizzy and raggedy :nono:
