Are these good Curlers for doing a straw set?

I keep thinking about doing a straw set but I don't want to use real straws because I don't want the curls to be too small.

So I found these online
would they work well with my 4a natural hair?

thanks

Those are flexi-rods it'll give you a pretty curly set. If you want a straw set just grab some drinking straws from mcdonalds or dunkin donuts and roll away, use bobby pins to fasten each straw:yep:.

Yup, a straw set actually uses straws (or rods designed like straws). They take a long time to do but I had one once and it lasted for two weeks! Curls still looked perfect when I washed them out.
