A possibly New Hair Growth Serum? (YT Vid)

I follow this Youtuber because of her unique clothes she makes. But now she is claiming to have a hair growth oil coming out in the near future. She always claimed her hair grows super fast but the way she describes this has me wondering.

Hair growth potions are money making schemes. All you have to do is promise miraculous growth and someone will purchase it. You don't even have to show proof. Most of the time the "proof" falls within the average growth rate (1/3 to 1/2 inch a month). I have never seen a picture show more than the average 6 inches a year. I'm still waiting for someone to show me the mythical 3 inches in 7 weeks.
