2 strand twist & thin edges

what is the 2 strand twist? is it a protective style and how is it done?

What is good for thin edges? I've always had them (hereditary) but found that Vigorol styling gel and Vigorol Spray Gel Hair Treatment helps to thicken and grow my edges (contains no alcohol I love that) but I want to try something with more natural ingredients. Any suggestions?

if you look in my album under june there is a pic of them... but its basically done with your own hair or extensions and its basically twisting/plaiting two sections of hair instead of three like a braid.

As far as thin edges I used a rosemary oil and carols daughter Khoret Amen Oil which has rosemary in it when my edges thinned due to braids
