Read my hair oil ingredients- good or bad?

I wanted to get everyone's feedback. I have been avoiding petroleum and mineral oil based products. Recently I bought this inexpensive hair oil called Africa's Best Ultimate Herbal Oil. It contains:

Soy bean oil, walnut seed oil, kiwi fruit extract, olive fruit oil, castor seed oil, sesame seed oil, jojoba seed oil, carrot seed oil, sweet almond oil, tocophery acetate, safflower oil and calendular extract and yarrow extract and cucumber extract and carrageenean extract an ginseng extract and sage extract and comfrey extract and aloe extract, fragrance.

Is this too many oil combinations in your opinion.?

I used this oil in the past. I thought it was a good combination of oils for the hair. It was inexpensive and smelled good too.

Sounds good, most of the ingrediants are simular to Organic's Carrot Tea Tree Oil.
