--Keep up my current hair regi, low heat/co-washing/LOC/DC with every shampoo, then post pics of my progress...
--Get back on my workout and healthy eating regi--more cooking in with increased veggies and fewer processed foods (read: carbs), less takeout
--Treat myself once a month--massage, shopping, mani/pedi, sushi and a good book, binge-watch a show or movies--just something where I take care of only me for a day

Sorry, that went beyond just hair, but it's all about the whole process, isn't it?

oooooo I see you have a YT so yes please keep updating about your journey. So many ladies need the inspiration.

Resoultion: No buy

I've already gotten enough products to last me until 2015. I'll only have to re-up on leave in conditoner after this Black Friday sale. Hopefully I can go the whole year without buying anything until next black friday... we'll see lol

Ok so... I don't think I'll even have to re-up on leave-ins. I have enough to last me the whole year... but... 2013 isn't over yet... lol

Keep trying to fill in my damaged edges area
Get my detangling time down
Perfect my regimen so that it is time efficient
Try more styles
Be more wary of online vendors

Mine are:

-Start participating or at least reading the Hair forum more.
-Monthly dustings
-Return back to pre-pooing
-Return to past staples: QB's Burdock Root Butter, HairVeda's Sitrinillah DC
-DC with heat more often
-Learn more air-dried styles for relaxed hair that is being stretched.

I've been off and on a hair journey for a while. I have almost reached MBL twice, but the ends were scraggalicious with splits. I want to reach MBL with no splits sometime in the new year.

Thank you for the encouragement! My channel is mainly in French, but I do my best to translate it in English or have some captions/subtitles :yep:

1. Trim off my permed ends by the end of next year.
2. Maintain another 6 inches
3. Reach at least MBL by the end of next year.
4. Deep condition more often.
5. Enjoy my hair

I guess I'll try to......

♥ Stick With My Regimen:
I've got a good system that's been working for me for the past year, no need to change it up nah!

♥ Make Hip Length OR Tailbone Length:
TBL is my ultimate goal. I would love to complete my Hair Growth Journey in 2014 and be able to just maintain it.

♥ Enjoy My HAIR!:
I do not enjoy my hair as I should which quite frankly is beginning to make me bored with it. So I'll probably start wearing it out more or at least experimenting with more styles. I've become SO style lazy lately.

♥ Try To Eat CLEANER:
This was great for my body and hair, but I totally fell away from this. Time to jump back on it!

I guess that's pretty much it eh?

Stick to my regimen that works great.

Try weaves as a protective style since I'm over braids and wigs.

Stick to my eating/workout/vitamin schedule

Enjoy my hair and my life in every stage its in.

@CodeRed

Wow, I would love to see your stash. You must have a whole room dedicated to it lol.

LexiDior

No lol. I just know how much product I use and I know I have well over enough to last me for the year. It takes up a good bit of shelf space in the bathroom though... and some under the sink... and some in the bedroom lol. I really just need to consolidate it to one space and be done, but then I really won't be able to see everything, which I don't like.

1. Be more patient and take my time when I detangle.
2. Learn more protective styles. I'm so over the bun. I need more excitement.
3. I'm currently about 1" from BSL. I hope to reach WL by this time next. I need to retain all 6".
4. Use my stash up. I've got plenty.
5. Henna once a month.
6. Wash and DC with heat once a week.
7. BKT every 8-12 weeks.
8. Finally always stick to my clean eating (no gluten or dairy).

Whittle my staple vendors to just three

Embrace the shrinkage and go back to no heat styling

Learn better and gentler techniques for combing my natural hair

Start my wash days in the morning so my hair air dries faster

Stop measuring my hair every time I have it out

Implement midweek cowashing

Go back to my yoga routine and stick to it this time

Remember that hair growth is a marathon not a race

Most importantly embrace the shrinkage...this is key, if I don't learn to work with that then I have not learned to work with my hair
