How has every's hair been responding to the products? I am thinking of trying the biotin creme cause I am still experiencing shedding. Anymore folks with stories to share?
I'm not pushing the Therappe shampoo anymore because I dont think it agrees with my hair.. but I'm still all for the rest of the products! I've never tried the Biotin Creme before but I know there is a REALLY long thread about it floating somewhere around here.. it's called "Lemme tell you bout the BIOTIN creme.." or something like that.
I am a little too lazy right now to go back and read through all of these posts, but I am wondering who here has tried Botanoil. Did you like it or not, why or why not? And is it comprable to clarifying shampoo?? TIA.

I have tried it. Botanoil shampoo acted like a clarifier to me. I prefer Therappe since it doesn't make my hair feel funny. Hopefully when the duos are on sale again, I hope the clerk would let me purchase Humectress and Keraphix together.
ETA: I just remembered that I used the Botanoil to remove some gunk (It was awful but it was my fault) out of my hair so that would have been a biased review. I do like the smell tho'.

I've tried Botanoil before and I don't think it's comparable to a clarifying shampoo. It stripped my hair, but not enough for my hair to be squeaky clean like it would after a clarifier. I don't really care for it, I only got it because my mom wanted it. The only reason I consider it good is because it has biotin and cysteine in it.
Are you saying like.. right after you rinse your relaxer out? I would say no, even though there are probably some ladies that actually do that. I say no because it's not part of your relaxer system. Most relaxers have a specific way they are supposed to be applied (ie: relaxer, specific neutralizer, specific conditioner and/or protein..) so I don't suggest adding something that's not of the same line as the relaxer. You can do it the first time you wash your hair after your touch up though.
