Weave or Braids ?

Hi everybody, I'm lookin for some advices.
I plan to wear nothing but protective styles from now, but I don't which protective style is the more efficient and the less-damaging.
I was in Braids during August and the results were good, but my hair became a lot thinner >.<
So..... Weave or Braids ?

You really can do either. They both help for protective styles, but if you wear weaves don't leave them in too long. You hair can matt badly, especially if you are not used to how you hair reacts to weave. Braids can generally be left in a bit longer

I gonna say braids. I've been wearing braids for 2 months and it hasn't hurt my hair yet. I'm afraid of weave glue and you can't wear weave as long as braids.

Ok, so according to yall, braids are better. Well, I think I will give it a try very soon ^^
