Volumizing Conditioners--Do They Work At All?

Hay, everyone, I am just curious to find out if there are regular users of volumizing conditioners and has it thickened your hair over time. Has anyone noticed a positive change for using a volumizing conditioner. I am thinking of adding it to my regimen.

I used to Nexxus Vitatress Volumizing Leave in. It left my hair noticably thicker, but it would give me alot of tangles while rollersetting. There was no slip and I would hear my hair snap from all the tangles. I had to stop using it.

I've used various volumizing products over the years. In my experience, they volumize for that style, so like that day and maybe the next day, but they have never permanently made my hair thicker.

I like the Nexxus Headdress and Nexxus Diametress Shampoo - it made my hair noticeably thicker. Nexxus Headdress lasts a long time as I only need a dime size or less.
