Question For What Type Of Hair And Length For Box Braids?

Is there a specific brand and type of hair thats best for box braids?
Also i want them to be waist length what inch is good?

Also should i blow out straighten my hair before getting braids installed ?
Havent relaxed in 4-5 months

Regular ol X-pression kanakelon hair. The hair in their pack I believe is 84 inches. If you have a decent braider they will more than likely cut the hair into thirds. You don't need to blow out your hair. Some braiders say they can only do it on straight hair, I avoid those types.

Agreed. And if you're getting Xpression hair, you're gonna have to feather it so your ends won't be blunt
