Phyto relaxer users

I have a couple of questions, the other thread didn't quite answer my question. After using the relaxer, does your hair look wavy or like you need a touchup and once dried it looks like a fresh perm? The reason I ask is because i tried a different natural perm called freshlook bodiphier(bootleg phyto b/c it was too expensive), and my hair comes out like this everytime I wash it. Also how often do you have to touchup with the phyto? Thanks for all of your replies.

I just had my first one last week, but my hair was straight. If you desire some waves, I'd say try the Index 1, and maybe don't leave it on past the minimum time? If you want straight, this will do the trick. I don't know about touch-up times, but based on what I've read, I think people are generally able to stretch their relaxers a few weeks beyond their ordinary stretching point. Hopefully some old school Phyto-ers can add more info.
