Wait! you are doing emergencee and claudies renew in one session? I thought my hair could handle lots of protein but this is too much for me. Are you preparing for a relaxer or something? Please tell me how your hair turns out.

Sure will :spinning:! Now about the dents, ummmm.....maybe you can use croc clips or or hair barrettes instead of the hair bands. I actually like the dents because I bun regularly so they give my hair a bit of texture. So maybe you can use it that way.

Putting Marley twists back in for upcoming vacay. Going to part them smaller this go round.

Trying to debate if I want to go another week using a protein free conditioner. Hmm.

Gonna relax tomorrow..................ok i know i know i been saying that for weeks now but i made my appointment last evening and i'm actually looking forward to the change.

Hopefully no more SSK from here onward
No more whole day washes
No more "till you do right by me" plaits
No more tangles

Hoping the Design essentials will give me great results on my fine strands.

Can anyone give me a good mild protein treatment for my mid-step process. I really wanna keep my strands strong after relaxing. Suggestions please

When I was relaxed, I used a Reconstructor for my mid-step process. One made by Mizani, Reconstructing Gelee or something like that.

I'm doing a henna gloss, DC, and medium braids. Heading home to DC for the holidays so I'm trying to make sure my hair doesn't need my attention for a little while.

Henna gloss (henna/ACV paste 1:1 with Spa Haus conditioner):

I am D-O-N-E :yep: I washed with WEN late last night, and overnight DC with the NuNaat Brazilian Keratin Intensive Mask. After I rinsed, I used the CHI Keartin Mist, Karite Special Leave In Detangler, and lastly CHI Silk Infusion. I air dyed for a couple of hours. Then blow dried with comb attachment, and flat ironed with my Sedu at 350-375 degrees. I had DH :love2: use the CreaClip to take off about 1-1 1/2" with my hair only shears.

Now I have a crisp hemline at about SBL (shoulder blade length).

I decided to use MHC Honey & Horsetail Reconstructor instead of the Nexxus Emergencee.

I needed to try it anyway before BF to see if I want to re-up during the 50% off MHC Sale.

But will still use Claudies Renew Protein.
