New Blowout Pic and Long Hair Sighting/Pic

Hey,

My album is updated. I went to my stepmom's stylist in NY to get blowout and trim on the King Holiday. The bad thing is my layers are jacked; good thing is she didn't cut a lot off the length. The shorter pieces don't blend at all and she cut it that way. I complained about it but she didn't care. Mondays have sale prices for hair services (I paid $17 for rollerset, blowout and trim) so she was upset because she was swamped. She gave me no suggestions except that I needed a kiddie perm.

I even asked for product recommendations but she just said anything for dry hair and commented on how naturally thin my hair was.

Also in the salon I had a long hair sighting. She was fairly young (Spanish), like in high school so maybe she couldn't articulate it very well. I think she was slightly relaxed, but looser than mine. When I tried to ask her about her regimen she acted like she didn't know.

She said she always wears it blown out or down because she didn't like ponytails. I did find out she only trims once a year though. Right after I snapped the photo, her stylist cut about 4 inches off and it was still to the bottom of her waist. She really inspired me, but what would I do with all that hair? All that is to say, the trim wasn't so bad and I'm about an inch to 1/2 inch away from bra strap. Ends feel nice too.

Sorry I was still editing my thread when it posted by accident. I deleted the old version.

I think she said I needed a perm because it was too curly/nappy for her to deal with for $17.

talking 'bout you need a kiddie perm...you should have told her no one NEEDS any type of perm!

The girl's hair is very pretty and long, oh my gosh, what would I do with hair that long? I dunno if I could actually take it!

Ms K the stylist was so rude it was unbelievable.

My stepmom and her daughter got their hair done too on the same day, so I thought I'd be treated nicely. Thought wrong.

Yes that girl's hair was so long! I called my friend to tell her and she insisted I take a pic and grill her for info. I didn't want to look like a stalker but inquiring minds want to know. My stepmom even told the stylist I was obsessed with long hair.
