Mos Ka Oil

Has anyone ever heard/tried this? Mos Ka Oil (aceite de mos ka). I have a good friend that is Dominican and we always discuss hair. Well today she brought me in some mos ka oil (after my constant hair complaints) and said her mother uses it on her neice's hair to make it grow. she also said it changed the texture. Is anyone familar with this?

The ingredients simply say: Mineral Oil, Fragrance and Color

I have some in my haircare stash that I receive free since I bought so much hair stuff from Feel Beauty supply in NY this summer.
I have never tried it because I use so many other oils.

Doesn't list much. Can your friend tell you more about it? What makes it so special. By the ingredients it doesn't sound very good for your hair.

Sounds like tinted baby oil.
