I've decided to slow down on my hair products and not buy products everytime someone says its good. This causes me to spend lots of money and have lots of products piled up. Here are my products until they are finish. What's your list?

Shampoo:
Creme of nature (white and red bottle)
Salon Care

Deep Conditioner:
Le Kair Cholesterol

Conditioner:
Salon Care

Leave-Ins:
Infusium 23 Original

Moisturizers:
Jojoba Oil

Styling/Scalp:
Wildgrowth Hair Oil

I agree, it will cause you to spend $$$. But it's fun

It does slow down after a while though (for most hopefully)

I can definitely relate to this post...I bought some Karite Deep Conditioner this weekend and my fiance thought I was crazy for dropping $35 on some conditioner, so I felt guilty and I will be returning it to sephora tonight...I have so much stuff already to finish but I really like the ingredients in this...oh well..

But here are my fav's

Biosilk Heat Therapy Silk Conditioner
Castor oil(all 4a/b's got to have it!)
Surge(I am on a second bottle)
Biolage Hyrdating Shampoo and conditioner
Creme of Nature in the yellow bottle
Garnier Fructis(not a fav but it was cost effective for the daily c/w)
Audrey GPB( i have used it twice and liked it)
L'Oreal Nature's Therapy Mega Moisture Nurturing Creme(I REALLY LIKE THIS)
Mizani haircare line
....this is stuff I use regularly, but like I said I have a long list..

I know man...just imagine how much room it takes up in my tiny dorm room!

I mix it Infusium 23 or as a hot oil treatment(half castor and olive oil, or whatever oils I have, I am using amla powder)

LUNALIGHT
I tried the Salerm Wheat Germ Mask and my hair really likes
it. This conditioner is my main deep conditioner now.

Really? Perhaps I will treat myself to it. How long do you leave it on for? My problem is, whenever I leave my favorite conditioners on for more than 5 minutes, they lose their "umph" and I dont get the doft, buttery feeling I usually get upon rinse out. Let me know...

I left it on for 15 minutes and hair turned out great.
I was saying OOH MY when rinsing it out my hair left it very soft and silky.
ANKY told me how great it worked on her hair.

Here's what I plan on limiting my products to:

Shampoo: Pantene Clarifying & Kenra Moisturizing
Leave Ins: Any Pantene Leave-in
Hair Cream: CD Healthy Hair Butter & Hair Milk
Regular Conditioner: Kenra Moisturizing
Deep Conditioner: Ion's Moisturizing (not yet tried but plan on switching to this)
Protein Conditioner: Ion's Reconstructor (not yet tried but I need to incorporate a reconstructor into my regimen)
Condition Wash Conditioner: Any Pantene Conditioner
Condition Rinse Conditioner: V05 Strawberries n' Cream
Gel: Fantasia Frizz Buster Straightening Gel
Pomade: Fantasia IC Ice Pomade (daily) & Motions Shine Enhancing Pomade (weekly)
Shine Enhancers: Monoi Oil & Mimosa Hair Honey

I also have a serum and other random stuff that I'll use up. This probably won't be narrowed down till the summer!

here are mine.......

Shampoo
Pantene R&N moisturizing shampoo
Pantene R&N moisturizing conditioner
Farouk deep brilliance reconstructor

Leavein/styling
Salerm 21

finishing
Sebastian smoothing groomer (very sparingly, just to smooth certain flyaways)

I'm on the minimalist tip as well, my list is:

-Diluted Alberto V05 Strawberries & Cream shampoo
- Aubrey GPB
- Homemade moisturizing & strengthening spray (Water, GPB, vitamin E oil)

- Tentative: Hollywood Beauty Olive Creme
(Possible replacement for HBOC: Pure Castor Oil)
- For fun: a variety of delicious-smelling fragrance oils and essential oils
