No that's the old one. You want the fall/winter one. We post there throughout the year. We all wash N go year round. For most of us it is our primary style. https://longhaircareforum.com/threads/fall-winter-wash-n-go-challenge.740985/

Please come by and introduce yourself. I hope you decide to join us and feel free to ask anything. There is a lot of knowledge over there.

@discodumpling I always love your candor.

On break

Here is the latest wash-and-go thread: https://longhaircareforum.com/threads/fall-winter-wash-n-go-challenge.740985/

It would be hard to tell from the title.

There is also an MHM (max hydration method) thread: https://longhaircareforum.com/threads/mhm-hangout.744625/

I never did the full MHM. Sometimes I wonder if it would have been good to have tried it at least a few times. Instead, I searched and googled phrases such as "abbreviated maximum hydration method" and "modified maximum hydration method" and used the results to work on personalizing the MHM for myself.

This is a link to a post by one of the major, original MHM ladies. The post contains an image that shows part/most of the MHM concisely: http://www.msdeekay.com/4092/the-max-hydration-method-5-step-regimen/

I Am So Blessed

I'm easy going.
I came back to look at your hair again :look:.

I just love full\fluffy\, crimped looking hair. Natural hair just has that crimped look. So soft and beautiful. It has so much effortless character. This stuff grows out like this...we are so blessed to have this type of hair. Oh my goodness gracious :gorgeous:.

@AdoraAdora24 , thank you and funny you mention, "we are so blessed to have this type of hair." This whole journey has me thinking--we've been taught that our hair is such a burden, when it really a blessing....
