I think I might be a bit Hair Obsessed, so I thought I'd see if others are like me.
If you could only do 5 things to your hair, what would they be? Too hard? Okay, 5 regimen activities and 5 products. OMG!!
We'll assume that you are already taking vitamins, drinking lots water, eating right and exercisng, so you don't have to list those. Oh! Tell us what you'd end up sacrificing to do this!
This is just for fun, so, um, stop freaking out!
For me:
REGIMEN:
1) Protective Styling (right now that's baggying with braids underneath and wigs. This also takes care of low manipulation and hand in hair disease!)
2) Oiling My Ends
3) Regular Conditioning
4) Search and Destroy split ends
5) No Heat
PRODUCTS (Items you would typically purchase):
1) MT/OCT (But after it runs out, I think I will stop. It does work, though)
2) Giovanni Smooth as Silk Shampoo
3) Trader Joe's Nourish Spa Conditioner
4) Castor oil for those ends
5) BWC Leave In Conditioner
If I did this, I'd be giving up: Liquid Aminos, scalp massages, deep conditioning with heat cap, trims, stalking this board-if that counts as a regimen! and too many products to mention!!!
If this is just for fun, then why am I crying? LOL
Oh yeah. Going to the hair salon, getting a relaxer/touch up, or flat ironing every xx weeks, is a regimen...
