I need a prayer request for foreclosure..

I'm in a big mess. I blame mysef. I wasn't able to pay my bills and went a couple of months without paying my mortgage due to excessive expenses.

Now the bank is considering either foreclosure or remodifying my loan to make my payments lower. They will tell make their decision soon.

I'm praying hard that the bank will not foreclose my condo but instead lower my payments. Please keep me in your prayers. I"m beyond stressed out thinking about it.

Thank you. Yes, there's a family friend that is helping me. He works on things like this. I'm in the process of giving him all my information so he can speak on my behalf. I"m praying that he can work it out for me.

You're certainly in my prayers....not only that you find favor in this situation but that God fixes your finances.

It's in the best interest of the bank to remodify your loan. Banks aren't in the real estate biz and certainly wouldn't want to have to sell another property.

Where I live we call it Mid-Florida Community Services. Also, go to your local city and county goverments for assistance programs to help you stay in your home.

Dodie, I will take this prayer even further. That you will be 'restored' for all of what's been taken from you, in Jesus' Name. You will not lose your home, precious one. It's your inheritance and no one can take it from you. No one.
