How do I determine the temperature rate for Babyliss flat iron?

I have the Babyliss Pro Diamond Titanium Flat Iron (http://www.misikko.com/babyliss-pro-diamond-titanium-set.html) and the heat setting is from 1 - 40. When following any instruction that gives a temperature rate like 375 degrees, I can't figure out what number to set it to. Does anyone have this flat iron or a similar one? How do you determine the temperature in degrees?
