Has anyone tried any \"Egg Protein\" shakes?

I was reading DSD's thread about protein shakes and it reminded me that I wanted to try one out, so I found an article online which basically stated that egg protein was the best protein shake to get because it most closely matched the type of protein that the body needed for growth.

Here is one that has Biotin HERE
This one has enzymes for digestion HERE

I figure you get the benefits of Protein, and L-Cystine with this.

It's funny you posted this Mly! 'Cause I was thinking about adding egg protein this morning. I just didn't know how because I don't want to consume raw eggs.

No problem. When I saw your thread I was like "Oh yeah! I forgot about that"

On thevitaminshoppe.com they said that a bland shake has no flavor and can be mixed easily into drinks and food. I will try a bland one or a vanilla one towards the end of the month and start a new routine. I just love the idea of a protein shake that has L-cystine, Biotin, and no soy.

Thanks for the suggestions. I may just give it a try. I will have to "whey" all of my options before I make a final decision.

I used to take MLO Meat and Egg protein shakes, it was a powder.

I liked it, I would mix it with my hair shake and just as a smoothie altogether. I think it helped but I was using Surge too so I don't know how much it was helping. I liked the weight I was getting (sort of) and it kept me from starving some mornings that I didn't eat breakfast.

Heeeeey! I was thinking of that this morning. I found and unopened container of Ultra thick hair shake in my cupboard and thought it would be good to mix into an egg proein shake. I'll use it as a meal replacement because the last thing I want to do is gain weight.
