Hair texture pre-chop and post-chop

I know you can't really tell what your true texture will be until you chop, but since I'm in for a long transition, I'm still curious.

What did your hair (or sections of your hair if you're multi-textured) look like with relaxed strands vs. without relaxed strands?

ex. What looks like 3c to me right now might really be 4a.
I'm pretty sure what looks like 4b in the front will continue to be 4b because there are sharp bends in the hair and not coils.

What do you think?

I did a lot of rollersets the first time I transistioned...so I couldn't really see a big difference. I have 3c, 4a and some 3b textures in my hair). Now I just pull it back(although I am going to rollerset today...).

I'm not good with the hair typing scheme and so I'll do a description. Before my chop, my new growth would always feel wavy. However, I had more wave in the front than back and in the top(middle), it would feel kind of crinkly.

After my chop, my hair IS wavy in the front, very curly in the middle and slightly wavy to completely wave (like the front) in the back! My hair-gotta love it!
