Just to let you ladies know I've been off of Aphogee since May 09" no particular reason just out of laziness and just been co/washing with these two for the past couple of months with little to no breakage and some progress. I just thought I put that out there for you to know that there are other options if protien is not your friend not only dose these brands leave your hair stronger but soft as well:grin: So it basicaly takes the guess work out if your trying to decide if your hair is off balanced meaning moisture or protien give it a try and see for yourself :drunk:
