1 pill-5 mgs of Biotin..Cool

I went to GNC today because I ran out of Biotin. I came across NOW brand of Biotin. The guy recommended over the super biotin brand of GNC (2500mcgs/2.5mgs). Anyway this brand has 5mgs of biotin in one pill. I thought it was great because I hate having to take a lot of pills just to get the dosage of want.

Is it a big pill? If it is I'd rather take a few smaller ones.

They were only 11.99 at GNC. Each bottle contains 60 pills. So far my results with biotin have been pretty good. I think I've gotten 1 1/2 of new growth...However I'm not sure if its from the MSN, or just taking extra care of my hair. I'm going to post results at the end of july to see how this brand of biotin works.
