Which one do you do?

I'm going to straighten my hair for the first time next month and I'm trying to plan my next Aphogee treatment...

sound New Member Sep 9, 2008 #4 I did both. I would do a medium-heavy before (a week before) , and a light protein afterwords. But that's just me. I was highly afraid of heat damage while transitioning.

When I use to texturize; I would do a protein treatment a week before and then use a protein reconstructor after.
