How do you wash your hair with micros. Do they slip out when you wash them? Do the braids start to look raggedy after washing them? I had micros for about 2 weeks, and I started working out in the gym and I feel I need to wash them? I tried the herbal cleanse by ORS but I'm reluctant to keep using it because it contains alcohol. Please help how do I take care of these braids? I don't want to waste my money and take them out.
