rollersetting styling techniques and tips

hey ladies,
i am about to go back to rollersetting, and i want to do this myself - are there any tutorials or youtube videos out there that can be helpful on how to roll your hair to achieve different styles? thanks ladies!!! any tips that you would not mind sharing?

marcharie (sp) has a rollersetting dvd on her site healthytextures that's all I know. I'm sure there are youtube vid. also. Just be gentle and patient you'll get it!
