Reverted Corrective

Why me y'all? Nine weeks ago I had a corrective at the salon. Unknowing to me the stylist corrected my hair with no lye Affirm, anywho, at first all was well. The under processed hair looked and felt straighter but over time I have noticed that the corrected parts are back to being frizzy again....How could this happen? Has this ever happened to anyone else? I am not taking further chemical action- no worries there. Scientifically I am just baffled at how it could happen.....

I thought a corrective could only be done with a lye relaxer. Have you checked the condition of the reverted areas?

A corrective can be done w/ lye or no lye.
